underground tunnels half to two thirds of the breadth of a 'london tube tunnel' ... filled with the rapid collected dropped water as rain sprays into the atmosphere over the same dedicated sea basin ... wil be collected at a loss ov entire volume to evaporasion which isn't a crisis at all (veri little per load), which going to presipitate onto the land later .. due to the rise in h2o humidity, the atmosphere will have sped up of oxygenating of the atmosphere ..
